BAD DAYS

Let’s talk about bad days today….days where we are emotionally weak and sad.

We all have bad days, don’t we? It’s one of those days when everything feels falling and finishing.

Life actually feels very depressing. It feels like everything is going wrong and nothing can make it right.

Our body is very adaptive to all the negative feelings faster than it can adapt the positive feelings.

So obviously on a bad day, we feel extremely weak emotionally and sometimes physically too.

But you can change that.

Personally for me, a bad day means lots of crying and then binge watching Netflix and binge eating ice cream just to subtle out my feelings.

Bad days can either be the result of any event resulting a lot of emotional hurting or maybe physical hurting.

But you can make it right. Every cloud has a silver lining, and so do BAD DAYS.

You have the power to change all of your negative feelings into positive feelings.

Never ever let a bad day decide how strong or weak you are.

You might feel demotivated, distant, depressed but that is not the END.

You are POWERFUL

You have the ability to reach heights that no one can imagine.

We all go through some type of feeling everyday, but it never defines about how as a person we are, so why should a bad day decide that?

Listen to music, clear out your head, get up and look into the mirror and say:

I am worthy and I can conquer the world.

We tend to really define ourselves upon the opinions others have for us, but it shouldn’t be that way.

Everyone is different and unique.

You don’t need to try and fit in, because you’ll loose your individuality. Your individuality is important, you are IMPORTANT.

Never ever let anyone make you feel any less than that.

For someone who is having a crappy bad day:

This shall pass too and you’ll do great. Just hold on to yourself and screw others. You are a star that is finding its way through the clouds. Eventually you’ll shine.
